Economy Crisis - What could we do?

It was in 1997 , the whole economic was in crisis...No matter where we were...

and again, after 12 years,

In the year of 2009,
the whole economic is in crisis again...and this time is worse than before...The economic is melting down globally...It is a recession???

It seems only yesterday, everything seemed good, nothing was going wrong...The economic was just warming up to get better and stabil...The global trade is doing so good, many parties are selling and buying...The circulation of money was okay...But now...Look at what happened around us!

Companies are doing sect on the employeers, some are cutting their spending power on advertisements, or any other uneccesary cost...Some even are cutting down the employeers salary...The economic crisis has been affected the whole world, no matter where we are, what we are doing, who we are and each of aspects of human life...and as predicted, it will getting worse by the time goes by!

As I heard, I'm not sure as well, the world need 400 trillion US America CASH to get back the economic stability...well..if it is, how do we get this much of money?

Some cases and people, let me think, where all the money goes? Are the banks keeping them now and on the climax, they will give out some loans with a high interest? Anyone in back of the scene now and set this up? No one knows...

Just wish it will get better and we could have a better living as well...
